our requirements

To ensure a smooth photography and filming experience, we kindly request the following arrangements from our clients:

Confirm your booking with a 25% advance payment.
Share the complete event schedule at least 7 days before the wedding.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and meals for the photography team, if required.
Provide local transportation between venues during the event.
Assign a family member or coordinator to assist with guest coordination and important moments.
Finalize your album photo selections promptly to avoid delivery delays.
Ensure venue permissions are obtained for drone photography or videography, if applicable.
